Hello, my name is Tony Oliver.

Thanks for visiting our site.  I hope you like what you see here and get your own Gen V and GenVI Swashdrive Tattoo Machine and that you enjoy them as much as I do.

I would like to show you the Swashdrive tattoo machines and explain to you why I have chosen to use them.

I’ve found over the years that one of the biggest problems I faced was getting my tattoo machines to run consistently, most of the Tattooists I’ve spoken to agree.

I was working in a tattoo shop in Surfers Paradise, Australia some years ago with a Kiwi guy who was using a basic rotary machine.  I noticed two major things, the first was that he did really good tattoos with them, the second was that a lot of people when asked which machine they wanted to be tattooed with mostly said the “QUIET ONE”.
 
It wasn’t long after this, that I received a catalogue from a supplier who sold the original Swashdrive.  So I bought one. Once I got used to it, I loved it and soon found myself using it for all my work. After a time I found things with the machine that I felt were less than ideal and contacted the owner and inventor of Swashdrive to see if he was open to some changes.
 
When we finally met, I was amazed that he listened to me and came back with the first improvement in a week and we have been working together ever since, about three years now. We are now up to the GenVI which I believe is without a doubt the most technologically advanced tattoo machine in the world.  I call it “THE LAZER BEAM” as it’s amazing to outline with.  I still love and use my GenV and will continue using both.

We have become good friends along the way.

Summing up, I love these machines, they are the same every time I pick them up.  If I want them to run harder I turn the power up and if I want them to run softer I turn the power down and the rest is up to me.
